Hello, my name is Christopher Paul Mitchell, also known as Muscular Chris. Let me briefly tell you a little bit about myself, and some of my credentials. Ever since I was five years old, my dream has been to help others achieve their dreams. I have a very extensive athletic background including: baseball, soccer, football, track and field, boxing, judo, wrestling, and natural bodybuilding.

I am a very successful competitive bodybuilder, having never placed lower than third in a competition I’ve ever entered. I am a certified professional trainer, and a very knowledgeable nutritional consultant. I have been on the cover of countless magazines, catalogs, and postcards everywhere from the united States all the way to Italy.

I have also been featured in numerous television shows and feature films, allowing me to meet and work alongside famous celebrities such as: the entire cast of “Friends”, Ben Affleck, Bob Sagat, Jennifer Lopez, Rob Schneider, George Clooney, and Sylvester Stallone to name just a few.

I have been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals for several years. Now it’s time to let me help you. I’m the man with the plan, and the expertise to help you achieve that perfect body that you have always dreamed of. I have all the knowledge, tips, percentages and secrets to help you sculpt that perfect body.
