Danish-American Theater and Movie Actor – Viggo Mortensen

Viggo Peter Mortensen, born October 20, 1958 in New York City, is a Danish-american theater and movie actor, a published poet, musician, photographer and painter.

He is best known for his role as Aragorn II in Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. He was a last-minute replacement for the role originally meant for Stuart Townsend, and wouldn’t have taken the part if it hadn’t been for his son’s enthusiasm for J. R. R. Tolkien’s trilogy.

After several years of experience in live theater, he began his movie career playing an Amish farmer in Peter Weir’s Witness.

He has also appeared in Jane Campion’s The Portrait of a Lady, Sean Penn’s Indian Runner, Brian DePalma’s Carlito’s Way, Tony Scott’s Crimson Tide, Ridley Scott’s G.I. Jane, Tony Goldwyn’s A Walk on the Moon, Philip Ridley’s Reflecting Skin, Andrew Davis’s A Perfect Murder, and David Cronenberg’s A History of Violence.

American Actor – Van Hansis

Van Hansis, born September 25, 1981 in Greenfield, MA, is an American actor best known for his role on the CBS soap opera As the World Turns as Luke Snyder.

Hansis made his first appearance on As the World Turns December 14, 2005, taking over the role from Jake Weary. Shortly after taking over the role of Luke, the character came out as a gay man in a storyline in spring 2006.

Hansis graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2004. Prior to joining ATWT, Hansis starred in the Broadway play The Laramie Project, among other stage shows. In 2006 he also starred in the short film The Time Machine.

Hansis received a BFA in Acting from the School of Drama at Carnegie Mellon University. He has worked professionally at the Williamstown Theatre Festival in Massachusetts, in productions of On the Razzle, Twelfth Night, and The Indian Wants the Bronx.

Hansis has traveled extensively, having studied theatre in Moscow during his time at Carnegie Mellon. He also visited various countries in Latin America as a child.

A recent transplant to New York City, Van bike rides around his new city, every chance he gets. He is also teaching himself to cook.

In an Out Magazine interview, he mentioned a few of his favorite “gay things”: He admires Ian McKellen, thinks Rufus Wainwright writes the best lyrics, counts Magnetic Fields’ Stephin Merritt as his favorite musicisian, and thinks Velvet Goldmine is a great movie.

Vince Rimoldi, July 19, 1981, in San Diego, California, is an American actor best known for his role as T in the movie The Hillz.

Rimoldi started his career at a very young age as a model appearing in numerous national commercials including, Easy Mac, Visa, Hallmark, and Sea World of California.

Rimoldi first appeared on TV in the show Undressed in 1999. Four years later, he landed his first acting role in the movie Camp. This then followed by “The Hillz”, “Clubhouse”, “Related” and “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody”, among others.

From an early age Rimoldi has also had a number of theatre credits to his name including “Jesus Christ Superstar” ; “How The Grinch Stole Christmas”; “Little Shop of Horrors”; and “Camelot”, just to name a few.

Aside from acting, Rimoldi has mostly worked as a casting assistant for more than a dozen TV shows including Eureka, Flight 93 and For the Love of a Child.

Daniel Wu (Chinese: pinyin: Wu Yanzu), born September 30, 1974 in San Francisco, California, is a Hong Kong film actor.

Raised in Orinda, California, he attended the Head Royce School in Oakland, California and the University of Oregon.

Since his youth he was an avid practicioner of the Chinese Martial Arts, also known as Wushu, he founded and served as the head coach for the University of Oregon Wushu Club in January 1994.

Upon graduation with a BA in Architecture, he moved to Hong Kong in 1997, where he began his modeling and acting career. He also currently has a girlfriend called Lisa.S, who is a model in Hong Kong.

He has won a Golden Horse Award in 2005 for Best Supporting Actor in New Police Story.

Timothy Adams plays Casey Mitchum, Sunset Beach’s all-American lifeguard who has a knack for saving damsel’s in distress. The middle child in a family of five from Harrison, New Jersey, Adams says he was a boisterous and energetic child.

Academically, Adams performed well in school, but he was often reprimanded for clowning around. Athletics proved to be his true passion, and he excelled in every sport he attempted. He later earned a B.S. in computer science at Jersey City State University. But after graduation, dreading a nine-to-five desk job, he opened his own trucking company with a friend. Four years later, he decided to take a shot at something he had always wanted to pursue: entertainment.

Adams began modeling and was soon signed by the internationally known Boss modeling agency, which eventually opened the door to an acting career. In his first television, he played Lt. Adam McIntyre on “Guiding Light.” He also played a German terrorist in Bruce Willis’ blockbuster film “Die Hard with a Vengeance,” and he has appeared on several sports programs on cable television.
