Men’s Fitness Model – Rusty Joiner

Rusty Joiner, born December 11 1972, in Montgomery, Alabama and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, is a model, and has modeled for Abercrombie and Fitch, Undergear, Men’s Health and Men’s Fitness among others.

Rusty attended Georgia Southern University as a student athlete participating as a college cheerleader and a gymnastics coach for four years.

After being discovered in Atlanta, he spent the next few years modeling in Milan, Paris and South America. Rusty achieved success quickly doing exclusive campaigns for: PRADA, ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH, AMERICAN EAGLE, LEVIS, RIPS UNDERWEAR, JOCKEY, NAYA SPRING WATER, and POWERADE. For two years Rusty was the exclusive STRUCTURE Underwear model and spokesman.

Rusty has made guest appearances on EXTRA, THE VIEW, THE RuPAUL SHOW, THE DONNIE AND MARIE SHOW, ACCESS HOLLYWOOD, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, and E! TELEVISION. His face has been seen on the pages of VANITY FAIR, ROLLING STONE, COSMOPOLITAN, and numerous covers of Men’s Health, Physical, MUSCLE MEDIA, and as of the February 2005 issue, eleven MEN’S FITNESS covers making him the most recognizable face in fitness in the past five years.

Since moving to Los Angeles, Rusty has been working as an actor in film, television and commercials. His credits include the feature DODGEBALL starring Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn, ER, DR. VEGAS, BOSTON PUBLIC, SPIN CITY, PACIFIC BLUE and the hit series CSI: MIAMI. He most recently booked his first Television Pilot co-starring alongside David Arquette in the new CBS show COMMUTERS.

Ramiro Fumazoni, born December 22, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is an Argentinian model.

Fumazoni started his modeling career in Mexico for Contempo Model Agency, now he is taking the world of modeling on his hands.

American Model and Personal Trainer – Ryan Carney

Ryan Carney, born in 1983, in Texas, is an American model and personal trainer.

Carney has been a personal trainer for five years and has worked with a diverse clientele in Austin, San Diego, Los Angeles, and New York. He studied Kinesiology at the University of Texas-Austin and earned his B.S. with emphasis on Athlete Training.

Carney began his career with the Austin YMCA, where he trained a general population clientele and physically retarded children. For his kinesiology internship, he apprenticed under Todd Wright, the strength coach for the UT men’s basketball team. During this time, he worked with professional and college golfers, cyclists, tennis, and basketball players, and developed the skills necessary to provide high-quality functional training.

After graduation, in 2006, Carney moved to L.A. where he was discovered by a modeling agent. For only a mere two months, he rapidly bagged big campaigns. On only his second casting, he nabbed a spot in the “Dolce & Gabbana Cruise Collection ads”. By the end of 2007, he signed with Ford Models and soon appeared in many editorials including gracing the pages of “Tetu” magazine.

In addition, Carney studied nutrition, healthy weight-loss, plyometric training, stretch and massage therapy, injury prehabilitation and rehabilitation, and advanced workout periodization for athletes.

American Model – Paul Vandervort

Paul Vandervort, born February 5, 1985, in Aspen Colorado, is an American model, best known as the face of “Abercrombie & Fitch” for 2008.

Although his last name is Dutch, Vandervort is mainly German with some Italian.

Vandervort had a strong interest in modeling ever since he was about 14 and a Freshmen in High School. He actually sent his sophomore school picture in an envelope to Abercrombie’s marketing department. Needless to say he didn’t get a callback. But that all changed when he turned 23.

Just shy of 5’10” — which is shorter than normal for a model — Vandervort’s always been told that if you’re not 6’0″, you can’t be an Abercrombie model. He proved that theory wrong when he was named the face of “A&F” for 2008, gracing on the bags and walls from the A&F Spring campaign shot by noted fashion photographer, Bruce Weber.

Vargas originally wanted to be a journalist but his passion was dancing. His goal came true in 2002 when he appeared in the TV program “Rojo”, a dance competition.

American Model – Paul Hanschke

Paul Hanschke, born in 1980 in Saukville, Wisconsin, is an American model, best known for gracing the pages of DNA and Cosmo magazines.

Hanschke was raised in Saukville and later in Cedarburg where, as a junior at Cedarburg High School, he helped lead his team to the championship game of the state baseball tournament. However, he later quit baseball because he was academically ineligible. Hanschke possessed exceptional physical skills and tenacity on the field, but sometimes broke rules and clashed with coaches.

Hanschke had a troubled childhood involving dropping out of school and becoming involved in several minor felonies. Since high school, he has worked various jobs and taken some college courses but has had trouble with the law. He was on probation for a misdemeanor battery conviction and was previously convicted of two other misdemeanors, disorderly conduct and being party to a theft.

Then in 2005, at the age of 25, things took a dramatic turn, when a photographer friend suggested that Hanschke – who was in good shape, doing painting and carpentry – consider modeling. This led to his first modeling job when he got tabbed for “Guy Without His Shirt” in Cosmopolitan magazine. His shot in Cosmo – darkly tanned, square jaw line, muscular – has brought calls from many modeling agencies in California. Soon after, Hanschke has appeared in several popular magazines, including Glamour and DNA. In addition, the 6-foot-2, 180-pound hunk has done ads for Kohl’s, Sears, Harley and Jockey.

When asked what his number one hobby, he said, “Volleyball. I love the grind — the combination of the sand, the sweat and the heat. Plus, it’s a great way to meet people.”
