Canadian Actor – Robbie Amell

Robbie Amell, born April 21, 1988 in Toronto, Ontario, is a Canadian actor.

Along with his sister, Amell started modeling and acting in small roles in commercials when he was six years old. At 16, he began landing roles in his High school plays such as Louis and Dave, Picasso at the Lapin Agile and The Importance of Being Earnest.

Amell graduated from Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute in Toronto in 2006, and was voted most likely to “set up camp in the gym…for life”.

Shortly after choosing to follow acting, Amell bagged the part of Daniel Murtaugh in the major motion picture, “Cheaper by the Dozen 2.” He also appeared in the 2006 horror film, “Left for De@d,” as well as TV roles on the Family channel show “Life with Derek” and in the new ABC family movie, “Picture This.”

As it seems is the habit of Canadians, Amell has played hockey since he was a child. He also takes Muay Thai and break dancing lessons.
