Phillip Van Dyke, born on June 13, 1984 in San Francisco, California, is an American actor best known for his role as the goblin Luke, in the three Halloweentown trilogy.
Van Dyke has also appeared in a number of popular TV shows: “NYPD Blue”, “Boston Public”, “Without a Trace” and “Gilmore Girls” to name a few.
He is currently living in San Francisco.
